Android Market to be Accessible to Everyone next Monday
Next Monday, Android Market will be open to all the developers. Google set a one time sign up fee of $25 to prevent spamming, but then after you pay that fee, you are free to upload as many applications as you want. The market will have a voting and responce systems, to let users influence the popularity of the applications in a viral way.
