Admob improves the dashboard interface for publishers and advertisers
AdMob, currently the only player in Android advertising has recently significantly upgraded their dashboard panel. Publishers and advertisers will have much more clean an usable interface. Recently AdMob had closed an extended round B (or call it round C) funding with 12.5M to extend its operations, mainly to hire more sales people and extend its operations overseas.
It seams that by making it easy for small publishers to use the platform to monetize their mobile websites and application, AdMob is becoming the largest player in mobile advertising industry. And being the first one to launch advertising for Androis, is it stealing the bread from Google, which initiated the Android project mainly for the advertising profits? I say, AdMob – lookout for aquisition by Google cklose in the future. Will AdMob sell like doubleclick? We’ll see
