New iPhone rumorred features recap

So here’s a short recap of what the next iPhone which everybody waits for to be announced at Apple developer conference next week will have:

  • 16 GB and 32 GB versions priced at $199 and $299 with new contract with AT&T
  • No more metal casing around the edge – for better reception
  • Better battery life despite more powerful specs
  • Even lighter than the current iPhone
  • Full gps capabilities and finally good navigation application preinstalle
  • An upgraded 600 MHZ processor
  • An upgraded 256 MB RAM
  • A 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus
  • A digital compass
  • And finally the OLED screen!

OLED screen is one of the most exciting features in the upcoming iPhone. OLED displays are brighter and sharper than the LCD ones. Watchig video especially demonstrates the improved experience. OLED screens consume less energy = improved battery life.

There’s something to be excited about. 2009 is going to be definitely rich mobile year!
